Terms and conditions

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern every booking of an activity, excursion, treatment or transfer made on the TripToGo website and app. Please read them before booking.

1. Who we are

  • Company: TripToGo Tunisia, SARL, trading as TripToGo
  • Registered office: Hammamet, Tunisia
  • National Business Register: M445221
  • Tax ID: XM77F0987
  • Tourism licence or authorisation: B543
  • Professional liability insurance: ADR Tunisia
  • Contact: contact@triptogo.tn, +216 96 286 594

2. Scope and acceptance

By ticking the box provided when you book, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract, and you accept these Terms and our privacy policy. The person booking acts on behalf of all participants and agrees to pass on these Terms and the activity information to them.

The Terms that apply are those in force on the date of your booking. The conditions specific to each activity (duration, minimum age, equipment, cancellation) appear on its page and supplement this text.

3. Providers

Activities are delivered by TripToGo or by selected partner providers. In every case, TripToGo remains your contact for the booking, the payment and customer service.

4. How booking works

  1. You choose an activity, an option, a date, a time, the number of participants and any extras.
  2. You enter your details and check the summary, which you can change before confirming.
  3. You choose a payment method from those offered for the activity, then confirm.
  4. You receive an email confirmation with your reference, a link to your booking and, once the booking is confirmed, your voucher.

The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking. Availability is calculated in real time. Where online payment is required, places are held for 30 minutes: without payment within that time, they are released and the booking is cancelled at no cost.

If a service turns out to be unavailable after your order, we will tell you without delay and refund all sums paid in full.

5. Prices

  • Prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND), including all taxes. The amount charged is the one stated in TND.
  • Amounts shown in euros, dollars or pounds sterling are for information only. Your bank may apply its own rate and fees.
  • Depending on the activity, the price is per person, per vehicle, per session or per group. The unit is shown beside the price.
  • The final price appears in the summary before you confirm, including extras, pick-up supplement and discounts.
  • Published prices apply to bookings made while they are displayed. Once a booking is confirmed, its price no longer changes, unless you request a change.
  • Promo codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Payment

Depending on the activity, you may pay in full online, pay a deposit online and the balance on site, or pay on site. Any balance is due before the activity starts.

Online payments are processed by specialist providers named at the time of payment. You enter your card details with them: we have no access to those details and do not store them. A booking is treated as paid only once the payment provider has validated the payment.

7. Voucher and the day of the activity

Show your voucher and its QR code, on your phone or printed, and an identity document if asked. Arrive at the stated time and place. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that the activity will go ahead or run for its full length.

Pick-up: where offered, it takes place in the stated zones and at the stated times. You must be ready at the time given, at the agreed place.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Tunisian Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and commerce, you have 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Write to contact@triptogo.tn quoting your reference. We will refund you within 10 working days of your withdrawal.

This right no longer applies where, at your request, the service has been provided before that period ends. Booking an activity on a date within that period counts as a request to perform it on that date.

For consumers living in the European Union, leisure services scheduled for a specific date are in principle excluded from the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)). This does not take away your rights under this section or our cancellation policy.

9. Cancellation and changes by you

  • Each activity states its conditions on its page and on your voucher: the free-cancellation period and the percentage refunded for late cancellation.
  • Before that deadline, sums paid are refunded in full. After it, the refund is the stated percentage, which may be zero.
  • Send your request from your booking or to contact@triptogo.tn. The deadline is measured from when we receive your request, against the departure time.
  • A change of date can be requested in the same way. It depends on availability and takes effect once we have confirmed it.
  • If you do not attend without having cancelled, no refund is due, unless the activity's conditions say otherwise.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, within 10 working days of our agreement. Your bank may take additional processing time.

10. Cancellation or changes by TripToGo

For your safety, we may change or cancel an activity because of bad weather, sea conditions, a decision by the authorities, a breakdown, the unavailability of a guide, or too few participants where a minimum applies. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer another date or an equivalent activity. If that does not suit you, we will refund all sums paid in full.

11. Participation and safety

  • You must meet the stated minimum age, level and conditions, and check that your health allows you to take part. Tell us before booking about any pregnancy, medical condition or reduced mobility that may be relevant.
  • Driving a quad, buggy or jet ski may require a particular age or licence, shown on the activity page. Minors take part under the responsibility of an adult.
  • You must follow the briefing and the guide's instructions and wear the equipment provided.
  • The guide may refuse or stop the participation of anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, whose behaviour endangers anyone, or who ignores instructions. No refund is then due.

12. Liability and insurance

Some activities carry risks inherent in their nature, which are explained at the briefing. We are responsible for the proper performance of the services booked. We may not be liable where the cause is the participant's fault, the unforeseeable act of a third party, or force majeure.

Participants are liable for damage they cause to equipment or to third parties by ignoring instructions or regulations. We recommend personal travel insurance. Please keep your belongings with you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for bodily injury caused by our fault.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond its control that is unforeseeable and unavoidable: natural disaster, exceptional weather, epidemic, decision by the authorities or civil unrest. Sums paid for a service that could not take place are refunded.

14. Customer account and booking link

You access your customer area through a sign-in link sent by email, and your booking through a personal link. These links give access to your information, so do not share them. Tell us about any unauthorised use.

15. Reviews

You may publish a review after your activity. Reviews are checked and moderated: we may refuse content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the service. By publishing a review, you allow us to show it on the site with your first name and the initial of your surname.

16. Intellectual property and use of the site

The text, photos, logos and other elements of the site and app belong to TripToGo or their owners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. You must not disrupt the service, automatically extract its content or use it to make false bookings.

The site can be installed on your phone as an app. It may be temporarily unavailable, particularly for maintenance, and booking requires an internet connection.

17. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

18. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write to contact@triptogo.tn with your reference, if possible within 15 days of the activity. We aim to reply within 10 working days and to find an amicable solution.

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute falls to the competent Tunisian courts. If you are a consumer living abroad, you keep the mandatory protections and remedies provided by the law of your country of residence, to the extent they apply.

19. Language and changes to the Terms

The Terms are available in French, English, German and Italian. If the versions differ, the French version prevails, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. We may change these Terms: the new version applies to bookings made after it is published.
